TikTok Shop offers different logistics arrangements based on seller eligibility. These can include Fulfilled by TikTok, TikTok Shipping, and Seller Shipping. The options available in your Seller Center determine the warehouse, label, carrier, and tracking requirements that apply.

Your order geography, inventory volume, SKU mix, and shipping requirements help determine whether one location or a two-location setup makes sense.
Keeping products closer to customers can shorten shipping distances. Splitting inventory also requires enough stock at each location, so we review the tradeoffs before recommending a plan.

Shipping Speed Starts With the Whole Order

For orders eligible for Tondo’s standard same-day service, the cutoff is 2 p.m. local fulfillment-center time, Monday through Friday. Inventory availability, order readiness, and your agreed fulfillment setup matter.
Warehouse processing and carrier transit are separate steps. During onboarding, we review the time needed to prepare the order, the permitted shipping service, and its expected delivery window.
For TikTok Shop, the workflow must also fit the shipping options and requirements available to your seller account.
